Oneness North America ~ May, 2009 Newsletter
Anticipation is a word full of promise. We think of looking forward to something special – a walk in the park on a spring morning, a long-awaited vacation, the birth of a child. Anticipation often contains within it an expectation, a hope, a dream. We may expect a beautiful experience when we receive a Oneness Blessing, or have the hope that this internal journey we are on will culminate in the end to our personal suffering.
During this time of intense social and political change we may see a future filled with uncertainty and feel a deep sense of insecurity. We anticipate continued upheaval and wonder if it will ever end. The mind is constantly judging, analyzing, trying to figure out what lies ahead so it can plan for what may come in the future. We continue to experience suffering and wonder if we will ever move beyond it to what our hearts long for: a state of causeless joy.
Anticipation feeds the mind and keeps it going on its endless quest. The solution is to simply enjoy the present state of whatever feelings come to us. Anticipating an end to suffering is exhausting because an end is not possible. Suffering comes from the collective mind and will keep coming and going. The only thing we can really anticipate is that if we don’t resist whatever is there, if we just open ourselves to experience whatever comes, divine grace will step in and bring us our hearts desire.

Anandagiri coming to the USA and Canada!
Acharya Anandagiri, one of the senior guides of Oneness University will be coming to the USA and Canada this year to conduct 2-3 day seminars. More details will soon be available on our website.
Anandagiri and Sri Krishnaji at Oneness Conference in Milan, Italy
Acharya Anandagiri and special guest Sri Krishnaji, the son of Sri Amma Bhagavan, will be at the Oneness Conference in Milan, Italy May 13th – 17th 2009. Sri Krishnaji will be present on May 15th and offer a special Intent Blessing to the Oneness Facilitators attending. Matthew leads events at the Sun Valley Wellness Festival May 24-25
Matthew will be appearing at the Sun Valley Wellness Festival May 24 and May 25, 2009.
Sunday May 24 from 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM experience the Oneness Blessing and how it brings one to a deeper connection with the Divine Presence. Matthew will be speaking about the Oneness Phenomenon and how it affects us and our everyday lives. This session will include a talk, a meditation, and the Oneness blessing.
Monday May 25 from 2:00 – 5:00 PM Matthew will lead a workshop entitled Experiencing Oneness. The program will include silent meditations, Oneness Blessings, Oneness teachings, and processes to open us to receive the Blessings. This retreat will help to open our hearts to Divine Grace as experienced through joy and love, allowing us to live our lives more fully and completely.
Public Teleconferences with the Oneness University Guides
The next Oneness Blessing Teleconference calls with the guides from Oneness University are posted on our website. These calls offer wonderful teachings as well as the Oneness Blessing direct from the guides. Please check the right side of the home page for dates, times and registration information. Please join us!
Oneness Courses now being offered
Two new courses are now being offered throughout the United States. The two-day Oneness Experience™ course is offered to anyone who has an interest in learning more about the Oneness Blessing and the teachings of Oneness University, and will also serve as a preparation for the Level 1 process. It consists of DVDs of Samadarshini, one of the top guides of Oneness University, growth processes and special blessings. The courses are taught by our new Oneness Trainers. The second course, Oneness Integration™ is a two day workshop for graduates of Level 1. It reinforces the teachings from learned on Level 1, deepens the process of self-discovery and offers special Oneness Blessings. Oneness Youth Program ~ 2 day courses for youth
Ages 18 – 26
The vision of the Oneness Youth program is to inspire the consciousness and heart of our youth. It is a global program that has been created to reach young adults from ages 18-26, helping them to discover love and peace in relationship (with oneself, family, friends, and all beings) and guide them into a path of success, individually and collectively. The Youth are the future of our existence and therefore need to hold a strong vision and experience connection in all aspects of life. Oneness Youth offers tools and guidance that assist in turning inner and outer conflict into peace, daydream into a vision, and vision into a reality. Oneness Youth provides a doorway and support to guide the flowering of our Youth into its purest potential. Open to Everyone: Free Prayer and Meditation Call Thursday, May 28
In these crucial times it is important for us to join together and unite in a clear, unified vision and purpose so that all of us can move forward into the new age that is beckoning us. Experience what prayer can do for the collective by participating in our free monthly prayer and meditation call. The next call will be Thursday, May 28 at 6:30 PM Pacific/9:30 PM Eastern. Please feel free to submit prayer requests that are appropriate for the collective setting by sending email to: prayers@onenessnorthamerica.org . We will do our best to address each one during the call for that month. Please try to keep the explanations short, clear and concise, and remember to give permission to read the prayer on the call.
